ABOUT THE BOOK

Afolake Agunbiade is a Management Consultant and Human Resource Professional with over 16 years of experience. She possesses core expertise in Process Re-engineering, Human Resource Management and Evaluation, Operational Assessment, Soft Skills Training, Customer Experience/Seduction Engineering, Life/Performance Coaching.

She has served in senior management positions through her working career, in Legal Practice, Telecoms, Hospitality and Management Consulting.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Cadsync Consults, Folake has provided learning programs and advisory services to over 70 clients and has trained nearly 10,000 participants over the years. She is also the Convener of the Service Advocates & The Future of Work Community which provides capacity development and coaching opportunities for its Clan Members.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, a certifificate in customer service management from Rockhurst University, and a diploma from the Institute of Customer Service, USA. She also holds an MSc in Industrial Psychology, as well as a Life Coaching Certifification.

Folake is the author of the bestselling book, Customer Seduction: Undressing What Profifitable Customers Really Want, and she is happily married to Engr. Dr. Seye Agunbiade, with four lovely children, and resides in Abuja-Nigeria.
